Privacy Policy
Peak Performance Products LLC, d/b/a Cavelux ("Cavelux," "we," "us") is a New Jersey limited liability company. This policy describes how we handle information when you visit cavelux.ai (the "Site").
Information we collect. We do not use tracking pixels or third-party analytics on this Site. We do not set marketing cookies. Our hosting provider (Cloudflare) may collect standard server logs (IP address, browser type, timestamps) to operate and secure the service, and may set a technical cookie as part of the automated check that protects the Contact form.
When you write us at the published address, you provide that address and whatever you include in the message.
When you use the Contact form, you provide first name, last name, company, company website, role, work email, and a description of the project. Phone and LinkedIn are optional. We store them only if you enter them.
How we use information. We use a confirmed inquiry to evaluate the project and reply. Email sent to the published address is used the same way. We do not sell, rent, or share personal information for marketing.
Before a form submission is accepted, our hosting provider runs an automated check to stop abuse. That check is part of operating the Site. It is not named on the form.
We send a confirmation message to the work email you entered. The message contains a link. Nothing is treated as received until that link is opened. If the confirmation message cannot be sent, we do not keep the submission.
Confirmed inquiries are stored in a database operated on our hosting infrastructure. Unconfirmed submissions are stored only long enough to send the link and wait for it.
Data retention. A confirmation link is good for 24 hours. An unconfirmed submission is deleted after seven days.
A confirmed inquiry is kept until we have handled it, and for 24 months after that, unless a longer period is required by law or an active engagement.
Server logs are retained per Cloudflare's privacy policy.
Your rights. You may request deletion of any personal information we hold about you by emailing [email protected]. We will respond within 30 days.
Children. This Site is not directed at individuals under 16. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
Changes. We may update this policy. Material changes will be noted by updating the effective date above.
